Michelle Valenzuela has been teaching and writing music for over 12 years since attending California State University, Northridge where she received her degree in Music. She is a vocalist and songwriter and has written music for several projects including her own fully original EP and as a co-writer for various artists.
In the past years she has worked as a backup singer for Sheila E, All-4-One, Jamie Jones, gospel singer Jonathan Butler and has worked as a session singer for a number of producers on EMI and Universal Music Publishing Group.
Michelle is passionate about coaching young singer-songwriters and giving them the necessary tools to thrive in the music business. She is a vocal coach to a number of up-and-coming artists in the South Bay area of Los Angeles who are recording music and have won various songwriting & vocal competitions. Michelle's youngest students had the opportunity to record as a children's choir at Flying Carpet Studios with artist K'Naan under A&M Records.
